Cheryl Crenshaw - J.D., LMFT -Therapist

Cheryl Cranshaw is a licensed attorney and former San Francisco Public Defender. She currently serves as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and the Founder/Executive Director of the Conscious Voices African American Well-Being Center, based in Oakland, California. Cranshaw developed the Conscious Voices Curriculum, which is a provider’s and consumer’s tool for prevention and early intervention for healing trauma and historical trauma in the African American community.
Cheryl founded the Conscious Voices African American Well-Being Center as a project of the Alameda County Behavioral Health Care Services (ACBHCS) initiative. She organized Conscious Voices to collaborate with Merritt College, creating a Community Mental Health Worker Internship Program, that prepares reentering women for careers in community service. Her organization is a recipient of ACBHCS’, Innovations in Reentry Grant focused on African Americans. |
Mosi Williams, PsyD

Mosi Williams is the Director of Operations and a Social Worker with Conscious Voices. His background includes serving patients and clients through medical centers, recovery programs, private practice, K-12, university settings, military populations and sports teams. Mosi co-facilitates our Men's Healing Circles.

Jetuan Mills, MA, LMFT

Jetaun Mills is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist at the Conscious Voices African American Well-Being Center, based in Oakland, California.
Mills has worked with women and youth in East Africa to the streets and communities of the San Francisco Bay Area using mindful, holistic approaches of therapy. Focusing on your strengths and interests, I offer movement, music, nature, art, somatic, nutrition, and exercise plus more than 20 years of teaching, creating, and presenting healing performance art. |
Quinlan Mosely

Quinlan Mosely is a Behavioral Health Community Health Worker at the Conscious Voices African American Well-Being Center, based in Oakland, California. She currently works with reentry students at Merritt College in Oakland who are interested in healing their community affected by violence and historical trauma.

Portia Anderson, LMFT

My name is Portia Anderson. I am a psychodynamically trained Marriage and Family Therapist. I have worked in the mental health field since 2005. I work with individual adults, families and children through a social justice and trauma informed lens. I utilize Mindfulness techniques to help clients learn and practice self compassion and self acceptance. I utilize play therapy to help children to process their trauma, learn to identify and safely express their feelings. I completed a Master of Arts Degree in Clinical Psychology at New College of California. I have experience working in schools, a social justice organization, with dislocated workers, co occurring residential treatment, community mental health and Child Welfare. I completed the Advance Therapist training program at the Women’s Therapy Center with a relational focus.

It is a multi-Discipline, Designer, focusing on Videography, Video Editing, Motion Design/Motion Graphics and General Creative Consulting. AM1 Creative Consulting is a scalable team of designers, videographers, editors and multi-talented creatives, led by Miller. They seek to take on creative projects of varying scale, while delivering a unique style and consulting approach driven by the culture, diversity and tech advancements of the SF/Oak Bay Area.
